Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc.).

Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option is submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email. The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, and discounts, and is non-refundable. State and local sales taxes may be applied by your local state authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages.

Our default shipping method is the United States Postal Service (USPS). For all orders, please allow 1-2 business day for us to ship your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (can be used for billing addresses).

First Class International Shipping: Calculated at check out. 7-14 days. FREE shipping on orders over £75 to UK and €100 to EU.

Important note: Before you order please be advised that deliveries outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs duties and fees, especially within the EU. Please note that we do not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. We are not able to reimburse you for any local duties, taxes and fees paid upon delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging with pouch(es) included.
• Engraved and custom stamped items are non-returnable.
• Gift cards are non-returnable.

Return policy:

• All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• A restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund if the item has visible signs of wear or damage.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Once inspected, we will refund the item purchase total (shipping not included).
• Any items shipped back to us without a prior email confirmation will not be refunded.
